In an average residential house with a conventional boiler, about 3000 litres of water passes through the chimney as water vapour per year. To heat this amount of water to the point of evaporation requires a huge amount of energy. <strong>The advantage of condensing gas boilers<\/strong> is that they also use the heat of the water vapour produced during combustion to provide heat. This greatly increases their efficiency.<\/p><p>If we harness the energy of water vapour, we go beyond the magic 100 % of energy efficiency, thanks to the agreement of manufacturers in the past, when
