Product Manager
(m/f)
As an independent and proactive technical expert, you will take responsibility for the success of the product team and use your ideas to guide its development.
Your tasks will include:
- monitoring technology trends, market needs and customer feedback, and building a competitive product portfolio,
- Creating a technically and commercially efficient product programme,
- Ensuring successful product launches - presentations to business partners, trade fairs and training for partners and employees,
- comprehensive product portfolio management: pricing, cost management, inventory and documentation,
- Preparation of marketing strategy and participation in the design of marketing materials,
- actively seeking and developing new markets and attracting new customers,
- Regular monitoring and analysis of the competitive environment,
- Providing expert technical support at a higher level.
They will contribute to your success by:

Senior Development Engineer for Electronics Development
(m/f)
We are looking for an experienced electronics development engineer to be a key member of our development team. If you enjoy designing electronic circuits, testing prototypes and contributing to the development of innovative products, we invite you to join us!
Your tasks will include:
- Planning and development electronic circuits for advanced heating systems;
- Participation in setting specifications and requirements for electronics;
- Testing, validation of prototypes and correcting any errors;
- Preparation of technical documentation;
- Working closely with other departments (development team, production, quality).
The competences below will contribute to your success.
Education and experience:
- VI. or higher level of education (electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or related) ;
- 5+ years of experience in electronics development
Technical competences
- excellent knowledge analogue and digital circuits;
- PCB development experience (design and prototyping) ;
- experience with testing and validation of circuits;
- knowledge of design and safety standards for electronic devices.
Personal characteristics:

Development Engineer - Embedded Systems Developer m/f
As part of our team, you will play a key role in shaping our future by co-creating new products and maintaining existing ones.
Your tasks will include:
- working in an exciting interdisciplinary environment on the development of modern building blocks for heating systems,
- Participation in the design of the system architecture and all phases of product development,
- software development in line with standards,
- software and hardware integration,
- test preparation, debugging and code optimisation,
- Preparation of technical documentation,
- working with the development team and other departments.

The competences below will contribute to your success.
- university degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related field (or second degree),
- good knowledge of the C/C++ programming language and basic knowledge of Python
- knowledge of ARM processors and microcontrollers (e.g. STM32, Nordic, ESP32)
- Knowledge of modern development tools for software implementation and debugging (STM32CubeIDE, VSC, StLink, Segger, etc.),
- knowledge of embedded operating systems (RTOS),
- knowledge of communication protocols,
- knowledge of the Git version control system,
- a good understanding of electronic components and assemblies,
- independent problem-solving skills
- initiative, thoroughness and good organisation of work,
- Experience in IoT device development is an advantage (but not a prerequisite).
