IT and Digital Transformation Manager (m/f)

Strategic IT role for connecting technology, processes, data and artificial intelligence.

Your key responsibilities will be:

IT strategy, digitalisation and projects:

• designing an IT strategy that supports business growth, process efficiency, manufacturing, development and management decision-making,
• management of digital transformation and IT projects in business and manufacturing processes,
• coordination of stakeholders and external partners, and monitoring the impacts of implemented solutions.

ERP Pantheon, business applications and data:

• Content and project-based direction for the development of Pantheon ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, DMS, Power BI, manufacturing applications and other business IT tools,
• optimisation of processes, data flows and connections between business, manufacturing and analytical systems,
• data quality management, reporting, KPIs and analytical foundations for decision-making.

Automation, artificial intelligence and process improvements:

• identifying automation opportunities, artificial intelligence solutions and data analytics with a clear business impact,
• management of automation and process optimisation projects in cooperation with business departments.

IT infrastructure, security and development of the internal IT function:

• strategic direction and control of a stable, secure and reliable IT environment,
• development of information and cybersecurity, data protection, archiving and ensuring the business continuity of key IT systems,
• managing the development of internal IT support, collaborating with external experts, and strengthening the role of IT as a reliable business partner.

We expect from you:

• at least 5 years of experience in a management or senior IT position,
• experience with ERP and/or MES systems; knowledge of Pantheon is a significant advantage,
• experience in enterprise application management, the Microsoft 365 environment and IT infrastructure,
• knowledge of databases, server environments, production IT solutions or Power BI is an advantage,
• experience in the digitalisation, optimisation or automation of business processes,
• good understanding of information security,
• the ability to translate business needs into effective IT solutions, clear priorities and actionable projects,
• strategic thinking, independence, proactiveness and the ability to connect various stakeholders.

Senior Development Engineer – Designer (m/f)

If you are passionate about developing mechanical components, designing housings, and creating technical documentation, and you wish to collaborate on the development of advanced solutions for heating technology, we invite you to join us and become a key member of our development team!

• development and design of mechanical assemblies, thermoplastic housings and electromechanical components,
• Preparation of technical documentation and construction plans,
• working together to define mechanical specifications and find optimal technical solutions,
• testing prototypes and resolving design discrepancies,
• technical support for taking products from development to production,
• working with external suppliers on mechanical solutions and designs.

• VI. or higher degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or related field,
• 5+ years of experience working as an engineer in a development environment.

• Advanced knowledge of 3D CAD tools (e.g. Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD),
• understanding the properties of materials, especially thermoplastics and metals,
• experience of developing assemblies involving mechanical and electromechanical components,
• knowledge of how to prepare technical documentation (plans, drawings, technical descriptions),
• Experience in product optimisation in terms of functionality, buildability and cost-effectiveness,
• English language skills (spoken and written).
